Job Overview

As a Coordinator I, you will:

Serves as primary point of contact for Haworth members at all levels regarding disability and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requirements.  Coordinates internal and external reporting to support fully-integrated disability process.  Assists Manager with ensuring legal compliance and consistent record keeping through process management; provides clerical support for Medical Center staff.

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • High school education or GED.
  • Medical Assistant Certification or 1 year of medical experience.  
  • Must obtain and maintain Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid certifications.

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • 1 year medical related experience.

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Working knowledge of Americans with Disability Act (ADA) and FMLA.
  • Knowledge of medical case management claims processing and medical terminology preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
