Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Lead Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer ~ Holland, MI or Remote to join our team in IT.  

 

As a Lead Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer ~ Holland, MI or Remote, you will:

Develop, implement and configure web content management solutions using Adobe AEM and technologies such as Java, Sightly, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services for the North America Market. Work cross functionally with Digital Marketing to support company store and other ECommerce efforts. Work within architecture designed by Solution Architects to independently design and build new applications. Establish new standards and ensure consistency and maintainability across solutions; work to define standards for the rest of the team. Translate business requirements into technical details relevant to AEM.

Do you have these required qualifications?

Education or work experience equivalent:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or Software Development.

OR

  • 2 years of formal education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or Software Development AND 2 years experience designing, developing, and maintaining software. 

OR

  • 4 years experience with Java/J2EE in both front-end web design and AEM integration.

Required experience:

  • An additional 8 years experience with Java/J2EE in both front-end web design and AEM integration.
  • Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM.
  • Development knowledge in AEM Assets, AEM Sites, Components, Templates (Legacy & Editable), Sightly & ClientLibs. 
  • Ability to work in Holland, MI or Remote?

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • Experience with integrating AEM with other products (internal and external) and vendors. 
  • Expertise in JavaScript library (Angular Preferred).
  • Experience in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign and any Translator service. 

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Experience working with creative Web design teams to implement Web designs, Templating sites for AEM (CSS, JavaScript, ExtJS, AJAX, and HTML).
  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Maven, AzureDevOps, Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium.
