Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Mobile Full Stack Developer (Solution Engineer III) ~ Holland, MI or remote to join our team in Information Systems.  This position can be based in Holland, MI or be remote.


As a Mobile Full Stack Developer (Solution Engineer III) ~ Holland, MI or remote, you will:

Own the mobile product and communicate the architectural vision of the Haworth Mobile app and backend API's using Agile. Every sprint, you will be working as a full stack developer for a cross platform mobile app connected to multiple NET 5+ api's, manage the CI/CD pipelines of all resources, logic app's and other related DevOps to keep environments functioning. Work with business analysts to translate ideas into epics and assign stories to developers. Manage a mission critical application that coordinates the shipment logistics for all products of global enterprise to its partners. 

  • Manages database scheme & data migrations. 

  • Updates skillset by researching new technologies. 

  • Maintains authentication & authorization functionality. 

  • Works as a product owner directly with Haworth partners. 

  • Ability to release mobile applications to iTunes & Google Play. 

  • Manages scrum, sprint planning, sprint kickoff & retrospective meetings. 

  • Supports team by developing Wiki documentation for code maintenance. 

  • Defines objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality. 

  • Supports and develops web application developers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.

Do you have these required qualifications?

Required education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering or Information Security.
    •    2 years formal education from technical school, college, or certification program in computer science, computer information systems, or computer systems engineering AND 2 years experience developing and maintaining software. 
    •    4 years experience designing, developing, and maintaining software.

Required experience:

  • 5 additional years of IT experience, including experience with existing standard languages and programs. 
  • Experience with Agile. 
  • Experience with SQL DBA.
  • Experience with Xamarin Forms, XAML, C#, MCCM, SQL, NET Core or NET 5+, Azure experience, DevOps, LINQ. 

Other requirements:

  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally, up to 15% of time.

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • Experience with conceptual software development, UI design, statistics and graphics programming, and data processing. 
  • Experience as a scrum master. 
  • Experience with MAUI, Xamarin iOS, Xamarin Android, Azure Logic apps, SQLite, SkiaSharp, AppCenter, Invision, Liquid, BLE low energy, Kotlin, Swift, Java, Objective-C, Sketch, Zeplin, Blazor, Razor, JavaScript, jQuery, Html, CSS. 

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ablility to learn fast and move between various tech stacks quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Self-direction, accountability, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
