Job Overview

We are currently looking for Production Associates to join our team in Holland, MI. We are primarily hiring for 1st shift with limited 2nd and 3rd shift openings. 

Production Associate pay starts at $17 per hour, increased based on experience.

These are full-time positions with an additional $1 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift. 

 

As a Production Associate, you will:

Be expected to develop and display knowledge, skills, and willingness to learn and perform variety of manufacturing tasks.  You will be expected to flex to meet production needs, produce sustained quality and timely results, maintain ongoing positive and collaborative behaviors, and reliably work all scheduled hours. This could also include working on a paint line, lifting product consistently throughout the shift (varying sizes and weight, above head lifting), working directly with fiberglass pads at a fast paced rate, or working with small parts throughout your entire shift such as packaging hardware for customer orders.

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • Ability to lift/move product weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous paint line experience 
  • Experience working with fiberglass

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
