Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Client Dining Server to join our team in Holland. This is a Salaried Non-Exempt grade 160 job reporting to Doris Davis.
The weekly hours for this role will typically range from 8-24 hours a week, with planned schedules released the Wednesday before the week begins. Haworth provides a uniform allowance.
As a Client Dining Server you will:
Provides basic guest services, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Follows established procedures to complete routine tasks under close supervision, contributing to guest satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
Essential Functions
- Provide dining service: Serve food and beverages to clients and guests according to established service protocols.
- Set up and clear dining areas: Assist with setting up and clearing tables and buffet areas for client dining events.
- Maintain a professional demeanor: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times while interacting with clients and guests.
- Follow instructions: Follow instructions from supervisors regarding dining service and event setup.
- Complete required training: Complete required online training modules related to client dining and service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness: Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Do you have these qualifications?
- High school diploma or GED.
- Food service, dining experience, or serving experience.
- Able to bend, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable being on your feet most of your shift.
