Job Overview

 

We are currently looking for a Product Sales Support Specialist to join our DTC team.   

 

As a Product Sales Support Specialist, you will: 

 

Qualify and convert leads by utilizing various prospecting methods, including following up on marketing leads and conducting outbound outreach.  Dependent on assignment, may specialize in vertical market relationship and opportunity development. This role will work with potential and returning customers on product recommendations to process orders driving revenue growth.

Essential Functions

 

  • Manage a designated sales pipeline, qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle. May pursue specific project-based bid opportunities. Accurately log client interactions and opportunities in CRM.
  • Develop and follow up on new sales opportunities such as web orders, abandoned carts and warm lead opportunities via outbound emails, calls and website traffic follow ups.
  • Handles online sales and product inquiries, develops deep product knowledge, and uses a consultative approach to uncover client needs and requirements to identify sales opportunities. Stay up to date on product knowledge, current marketing promotions, and internal processes and policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and target clients; provide follow up and ensure satisfaction. Identify and cultivate opportunities for repeat business.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery of a seamless client experience.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance the customer and client experience and drive additional profit and revenue.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and challenges. Dependent on focus, remain current with government regulations and processes related to procurement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar field.
  • Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
  • 2 years experience in customer, product, and inside sales support.
  • Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of inside sales experience.
  • Proficient in Micrsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint. 
  • Experience with CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics.
  • Experience with nurturing and closing business products deals. 
  • Experience interacting with Ecommerce clients.
  • Experience in the office furniture industry.
