Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Finance Associate to join our team in Holland, MI.  The position will be eligible for a flexible work schedule which allows for work from home 1 or 2 days a week. 
 

As a Finance Associate, you will:
Develop specific financial analysis, maintain financial reporting, and administer department activities.  You will report to the Finance Manager of America's FP&A and support Finance and other functional groups/business partners to assist with financial planning (budget, forecasting) and reporting, particularly SG&A.  This entry-level role allows an individual to gain valuable experience and skillsets in a Finance setting. 

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance. 

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • Finance or Corporate Accounting experience through internship or work. 
  • Experience working within an office furniture or manufacturing company.

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office application, financial and accounting consolidation systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Must be accurate and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
