Job Overview
We are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team in Holland, MI.
The IT Business Process Analyst role is a key support position within the Operational Excellence team, focused on the 'Order to Cash' business cycle. This role offers significant exposure to Haworth's sales processes, providing opportunities to analyze and improve workflows from order placement to final payment. The analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for process optimization, system enhancements, and increased efficiency, contributing to a seamless and effective customer experience. This position is ideal for someone looking to expand their knowledge of business process analysis and drive impactful improvements to our dynamic sales environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP modules, IT projects and enhancements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and traceability.
- Analyze and map current business processes within the Order to Cash cycle in SAP SD.
- Document business requirements and propose SAP system enhancements.
- Conduct business impact analyses for proposed changes in SAP SD.
- Develop detailed functional design documents, outlining system functionality, data flows, and user interfaces to meet defined business requirements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of functional designs and with testers to define test cases and ensure quality.
- Develop training materials and deliver training to business users on new systems or enhancements.
- Stay informed about relevant technology trends and best practices in business analysis and system implementation.
- Contribute to IT project teams, providing business analysis expertise, and collaborating with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements that can be facilitated by technology solutions. Understand all tools the company currently employs across all functions.

- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or other related area of study
- Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years of experience working with ERP OR 4 years of experience working with ERP if no post-secondary education
- 2 years of experience working with ERP applications.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) modules
- Understanding of the configuration and functions within SAP SD
- History of supporting an ERP platform's 'Order to Cash' functions
- Strong business background in Order Services or Logistics
- Experience with SAP implementation projects
- Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with business process mapping
- Has participated on systems implementations projects
- Experience with regression testing
- Previous experience working in the furniture industry
- Previous experience working in discrete manufacturing (order based)
