Job Overview
We are currently looking for a paid Information Systems Season Office Worker to join our team in Holland, MI. This position will be working onsite at the Haworth Corporate Headquarters.
Make your summer count as a Haworth Seasonal Office Worker—this paid, on-site opportunity in Holland, MI runs from May–August with flexible start/end dates. You’ll join fellow seasonals and contribute to real projects, support multiple functional groups within your department, gaining meaningful, real world corporate experience along the way. You’ll build workplace confidence through workshops that sharpen communication and networking skills while getting a behind the scenes look at how a global leader in office furniture operates. By the end of the summer, you’ll walk away with résumé ready experience, new connections, and a clearer view of where your career can grow next.
As an Information Systems Seasonal Office Worker, you will also have the opportunity to assist with a variety of exciting projects including: help desk projects and data migration from existing ITSM to new Service Now platform.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years old prior to starting date
- Ability to work On-site in Holland, MI from May 2026 to August 2026 without relocation or housing assistance.
- Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for the position.
- Intermediate proficiency or higher with Microsoft Windows 11
- Intermediate proficiency or higher with MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Part-time or full-time college enrollment, working towards a bachelor’s degree in Any Degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2028.
- Overall GPA of 2.95 or higher
- Prior Haworth Experience
- Previous Employment Experience
- Extra-Curricular Activity Experience such as athletics, clubs, volunteer work, etc.
- ITSM/ITIL
- Active Directory
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of personal computers, spreadsheet applications and keyboard skills.
- Desire to learn, question, and research solutions to problems.
- Organized with the ability to manage deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
