We are currently looking for a Knowledge & Content Specialist to join our team in Holland, MI. 

As a Knowledge & Content Specialist you will:

Research and translate workplace, consumer, and industry trends into meaningful insights and content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop resources and stories that support marketing, sales, and customer engagement.

Essential Functions

• Execute Marketing Initiatives: Independently execute marketing initiatives across various channels and events.
• Create and Manage Marketing Content: Research, develop, and manage engaging and informative marketing content and resources.
• Manage Project Timelines: Manage project timelines, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Interpret Marketing Data and Trends: Analyze marketing data, research trends and insights, and make recommendations to support marketing initiatives.
• Support Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Assist with identifying key customer groups and developing relevant, targeted marketing messages.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights, align priorities, and support marketing initiatives.
• Research Emerging Trends: Stay informed on emerging workplace, consumer, marketing, and technology trends and identify opportunities to apply relevant insights.
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
• Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
• Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field of study.
• 2 years of related experience in marketing, research, trend analysis, product management, advertising, or public relations.
• Applicants must be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
• Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.
• Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
