Job Overview

 

We are currently looking for a Lead Marketing Project Manager to oversee our Architectural Products and join our team in Holland.

 

As a Lead Marketing Project Manager you will; 

 

Lead a variety of strategic, market-facing, and product marketing projects for the Architectural Products business unit, by managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and project execution ensuring initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

Essential Functions

 

  • Lead Project/Program Teams: Lead project and/or program teams, overseeing all aspects from initiation to closure.
  • Contribute to Project/Program Strategies: With management team, develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee Project/Program Budgets: Ensure compliance with project or program budgets, allocating resources strategically.
  • Develop and Implement Project/Program Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate With Cross-Functional Leaders: Collaborate with leaders from other departments to align efforts with business goals.
  • Drive Project/Program Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, exploring and implementing new technologies, processes, and approaches to enhance effectiveness.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends and Technologies: Stay informed and apply new knowledge about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project/program management to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field of study. 
  • 7 years experience within Marketing Project Management, Product Management, and Brand Management or similar (OR 5 years related experience with Master’s Degree)
  • Military Equivalency at www.mynextmove.org/vets/find/military

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Experience in the Furniture or Architectural Products industry (demountable walls, standard flooring, etc). 
  • Experience working with architects and/or construction industry professionals.
  • Certifications/Licensures:(PMP, IPMA).
  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience in Copywriting.
