Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Senior Content Strategy Program Manager to join our team in Holland, MI.
As a Senior Content Strategy Program Manager you will:
Develop and execute content strategies and plans that align with our brand vision and business objectives. Collaborating with various teams to create and distribute compelling and engaging content across multiple channels. Conducts continuous review and analysis to assure content is supporting the needs of the market and align with the Haworth brand.
Essential Functions
- Lead Program Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive program strategies, aligning with overall business objectives and goals.
- Manage Program Portfolio: Manage a portfolio of programs, overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, and performance measurement.
- Develop and Oversee Program Budgets: Develop and oversee program budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and tracking.
- Develop and Implement Program Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain program policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional program results, fostering collaboration and communication.
- Drive Program Innovation: Identify and implement innovative program strategies and tactics to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
- Stay Abreast of Emerging Industry Trends and Technologies: Stay informed and apply new knowledge about emerging industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in program management to be an industry leader in innovation.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business Administration, or similar.
- 5 years experience in Marketing, Knowledge Content Management, and Research Marketing with Bachelor’s Degree (3 years related experience with Master’s Degree)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Knowledge and Research Marketing.
- Experience Leading Large Scale Projects.
- Furniture Industry Experience.
- Experience Writing and Editing Content.
- Experience Presenting.
- Experience using Project Management Tools (asana, planner, etc)
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
