Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Senior Ecommerce and Digital Program Manager to join our team in Holland, MI.
As a Senior Ecommerce and Digital Program Manager, you will be:
Responsible for overseeing digital initiatives, projects and programs support from concept to completion, ensuring on time and within budget delivery by managing teams, resources, and communication with stakeholders. This role also involves developing, implementing and executing digital strategy across various digital channels, managing campaigns and initiatives, and analyzing data to optimize and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Program and Project Management: Lead high visibility complex cross-functional programs and key strategic projects across digital and ecommerce. Lead the planning, execution and delivery to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Partnering with senior leadership to define scope, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless execution and key KPIs.
- Digital & Marketing Asset Development: Create and manage a variety of digital and marketing materials-including web content, brochures, media kits, and event collateral-to support product launches and ongoing initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment, brand consistency, and effective communication throughout the lifecycle.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze market and customer data, and provide regular updates to leadership. Use insights to guide decision-making and optimize project and campaign outcomes.
- Risk Management & Process Optimization: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Continuously evaluate workflows and introduce improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies across online channels to support program goals, enhance user experience, and drive engagement.
- Brand Stewardship & Content Optimization: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms. Monitor and analyze content performance, using data to refine messaging and improve user interaction.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field of study.
- 5 years experience in marketing, digital marketing, Ecommerce, or similar with Bachelor’s Degree (OR 5 years experience with Master’s Degree)
- Applicants must be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
- Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing and web/ecommerce
- Experience content strategy and digital marketing
- Experience running cross functional digital projects
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and web/ecommerce platforms and functionalities.
- Experience in Asana and/or Jira
