Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Finance Shared Services Coordinator to join our team onsite in Holland, MI.

As a Senior Finance Shared Services Coordinator, you will provide advanced support across a variety of finance and accounting functions while helping build efficient, standardized processes. This role offers exposure to key areas of corporate finance, including Accounts Payable, Treasury Cash Desk, vendor setup and payments, pricing support, costing, property taxes, fixed assets, and sales tax. You will take ownership of activities such as report preparation, invoice processing, record maintenance, and data analysis, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and providing guidance to less experienced team members. This position is ideal for someone with a Finance or Accounting background who is looking to develop a strong foundation across multiple finance disciplines and gain broad corporate finance experience, while advancing their analytical skills.

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Military Equivalency at www.mynextmove.org/vets/find/military

Experience: 

  • 3  year of working experinece. 

 

In addition:

  • Applicants must be able to work onsite in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
  • Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accouting is highly preferred. 
  • Finance, Accounting, Banking or Manufacturing industry experience.
  • Strong customer service skills. 
  • Strong systems acumen.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate accounting and finance activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the department
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
  • Maintain financial systems and records: Maintain financial systems and records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
