Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (Americas Business Units) to join our team onsite in Holland, MI.  This position will be eligible for a flexible work schedule, which allows for work from home 1 day a week. 
 

In this role, you will directly partner with the Americas Business Units to drive financial clarity and support strategic decision-making. It spans both New Product Introductions (NPIs) and established portfolio products, ensuring profitability and alignment with overall business objectives.

The position offers a compelling blend of financial analysis and forward-looking strategy. Beyond traditional reporting, the role contributes to shaping the future of Haworth’s product offerings. Positioned at the intersection of finance and product development, the analyst collaborates cross-functionally to influence decisions that impact market performance. It is a dynamic environment where insights translate into tangible outcomes seen in the products launched and supported.

Essential Functions

  • Support a Business Unit and New Product Introductions (NPI) for various launches.
  • Lead and coordinate the development of annual corporate financial plans and budgets to meet corporate objectives.
  • Conduct complex financial analysis, develop financial models, and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • At the direction of department Leadership, conduct work and activities that support established Strategic Financial Initiatives.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
    • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent area of study plus 2 years related experience in Accounting or Finance roles, or
    • High school diploma plus 4 years related experience in Accounting or Finance roles.

 

Experience:

  • 5 years related experience in Accounting or Finance roles with Bachelor’s degree or,
  • 3 years related experience in Accounting or Finance roles with a Master’s degree. 

Additionally:

  • Ability to work in Holland, MI, without relocation assistance.
  • Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Business Units and New Product Introductions for various launches. 
  • SAP/BPC experience.
  • Experience working with AI tools.
