Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst I - Holland, MI to join our team in Holland, MI.  

 

As a Senior Financial Systems Analyst I - Holland, MI, you will:

Implement ongoing efforts of Haworth financial systems strategy.  Implement business process and systems solutions, working with all facets of Finance organization, both in North America and throughout world.  This is a highly visible role, that works with Global Information Services to develop and maintain global financial systems strategy.

 

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, including coursework in computer science and/or systems.

  • 4 years accounting or finance experience.

  • 1-year experience utilizing systems to write reports, mine data, and provide transactional problem-solving to correct data integrity and quality issues caused by technology and business process issues.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including internationally. 

  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • Strong financial reporting experience.

  • Experience with implementations of financial consolidation systems.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of SAP systems.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC) or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).

  • Experience working for a global company.

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Strong accounting/analytical, data gathering, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and collaborative skills.
