Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Senior Information Systems Business Process Analyst to join our team in Holland, MI.
As a Senior Information Systems Business Process Analyst, you will:
Leverage Systems, Applications, Processes, and business configuration skills to provide support, coordination and communication between Information Services (IS) and business functional area(s) as assigned. Participate with business leaders on process definition, improvement, systems, metrics, performance, and best practices. Facilitate gathering of requirements, definitions, proposals, and justifications for systems and system enhancements. Apply analysis, design, and testing techniques to complex business requirements in order to produce innovative solutions for variety of problems. Plan and manage small to medium-sized IS development projects; participate on major IS development project teams. Ensure quality solution delivery through testing and documentation. Seek support to apply global view; support Haworth sector/location as assigned.
Essential Functions
- Leverages the Haworth prioritization process to ensure timely work on high priority items. Properly utilizes the escalation process for business support, directing members to SuperUsers as the initial point of contact. Supports SuperUsers and identifies issue patterns for reporting to the team and management.
- Participate in functional design reviews to ensure detailed designs meet customer requirements and align with established standards. Articulate requirements effectively and provide direction to both local and offshore development teams. Perform thorough Unit, Quality, and Regression testing to ensure system enhancements and configuration changes meet requirements, communicating the impacts of business process changes before implementation. Proficiency in the delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
- Provide timely and clear status updates on assigned tasks, ensuring visibility for both customers and management. Analyze customer requirements, reformatting them into a manageable list for better scope management. Guide customers in formulating requirements and create Functional Designs to meet their needs.
- Works independently within existing applications to implement enhancements of medium complexity. Works independently to implement new applications.
- Possess an understanding of business processes, configuration systems and apps to meet requirements, design, test and implement high-quality software solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement, analyze requests and incidents, communicate with stakeholders, and provide updates on request status.
- Follow the Haworth Change Management process to ensure clear documentation and communication of production changes. Develop training materials and deliver training to business users. Follows standard work, suggests improvements to leaders, and addresses knowledge gaps through training plans.
- Participation in on-call rotation as necessary to ensure all Service Level Commitments are achieved. Occasional overnight travel to departmental customers to provide face-to-face communications.
- Proficient in using multiple tools or processes from Haworth's continuous improvement process (HMS) to be independently applied as necessary to daily activities.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Information Management, or equivalent.
- Education Equivalency: Associate Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Information Management or equivalent PLUS 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience.
Work Experience:
- 5 years experience in a business functional area experience or systems development related experience with participation on successful project teams, including experience with budget preparation and administration in manufacturing industry and/or as a consultant with Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 years experience in a business functional area experience or systems development related experience with participation on successful project teams, including experience with budget preparation and administration in manufacturing industry and/or as a consultant with Master's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Manufacturing or Quality experience preferred.
- SAP S/4 experience preferred.
- Manufacturing Engineering experience preferred.
- Ignition software knowledge preferred.
