Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Product, UX and Insights to join our team in Holland, MI. 

 

As the Senior Manager, Digital Product, UX and Insights, you will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of Haworth's digital customer experiences. You'll oversee digital product management, user experience (UX), and customer insights, ensuring our digital platforms deliver meaningful value to customers and the business.

 

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and grow a developing digital capability within Haworth. Working closely with leaders across Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, IT, and Client Experience, you'll drive customer-centered strategies, influence enterprise priorities, and lead a talented team focused on creating exceptional digital experiences.

Essential Functions

  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for Haworth's digital products, UX, and customer insights capabilities.
  • Build and advance UX practices that improve customer experiences across Haworth's digital ecosystem.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of digital product managers, UX professionals, researchers, and analysts.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities and deliver integrated digital solutions.
  • Use customer research, journey mapping, analytics, and voice-of-customer insights to guide decision-making.
  • Establish and track performance metrics to drive adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and business results.
  • Prioritize digital investments and resources to align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Communicate digital strategies, recommendations, and insights to senior and executive leadership.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement to help move initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, User Experience, Digital Design, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in digital product management, digital user experience (UX), customer experience, or related digital disciplines.
  • 3 years of direct leadership experience.
  • Experience leading digital initiatives, websites, digital products, or customer experience programs.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.
  • Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in UX strategy, research, and customer journey mapping, with experience leading digital experiences across websites, ecommerce, or customer-facing platforms.
  • Experience leading digital experiences for websites, ecommerce, or transactional platforms.
  • Experience building or maturing digital product, UX, or customer experience capabilities.
  • Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with customer research, usability testing, behavioral analytics, and voice-of-customer programs.
  • Experience with Figma or similar prototyping tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to support digital product development, research, or prototyping.
  • Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
  • Experience within B2B, commercial interiors, manufacturing, or related industries
