Job Overview

 

We are currently looking for a Training Support Coordinator to join our team in Holland, MI. 

 

As a Training Support Coordinator, you will:

 

Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support for training programs and events. Assist with scheduling sessions, preparing training materials, maintaining participant records, and tracking program progress. Serve as a key point of contact for learners, dealers, and Haworth sales team members, providing high-touch support related to digital learning, workshop enrollment, and training inquiries through email, virtual, and in-person interactions. Support the successful delivery of learning initiatives while ensuring a positive learner experience.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate training logistics for in-person and virtual training events, including scheduling, catering, and materials preparation.
  • Provide responsive, high-touch support to training participants, instructors, and vendors by answering questions, assisting with training enrollment and digital learning tools, and communicating training details, schedules, and logistics through email, virtual, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide support for training delivery, including setting up classrooms, assisting instructors, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
  • Utilize training technology, such as learning management systems and virtual training platforms, to manage training programs and track participant progress.
  • Assist with managing the digital learning system, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to training processes and procedures.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School or equivalent
  • 1 year minimum experience in event management and coordination.
  • Applicants must be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
  • Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience supporting event coordination, planning, or administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting the development, coordination, or delivery of training programs and events.
  • Working knowledge of virtual event and training platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Adobe Connect.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or similar training technologies.
