Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Web & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Holland, MI.
As a Web & Digital Marketing Manager you will:
Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing programs that drive customer engagement, pipeline development, and revenue growth. Translates business and go-to-market objectives into integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives across web, email, automation, and paid channels. Serves as the primary digital marketing expert, overseeing website performance, campaign execution, and marketing technology while ensuring alignment with enterprise platforms, standards, and sales processes. Partners cross-functionally and with external agencies to deliver complex initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to optimize performance and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Essential Functions
- Own website experience, including content updates, landing pages, and product merchandising to support campaigns and sales.
- Lead digital marketing and demand generation strategy to drive high-quality lead generation, pipeline growth, engagement, and revenue aligned to business objectives.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across web, email, and paid and owned channels, ensuring alignment with go-to-market priorities for Architectural Solutions.
- Develop and optimize marketing automation, email programs, and lead nurturing aligned with CRM processes and sales handoff.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (traffic, engagement, leads, conversion, pipeline) and drive data-based optimization.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, Corporate Digital, and external partners to ensure delivery.
- Lead digital initiatives end-to-end, managing timelines, priorities, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure compliance with brand, platform, and data standards while identifying opportunities to improve performance and scale.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, business administration, or similar field of study.
- 7 years experience in digital marketing and demand generation in B2B environments with Bachelor’s Degree (5 years related experience with Master’s Degree)
- Hands-on experience executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and marketing automation platforms, including campaign orchestration, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization, required.
- Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.
- Work Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in capital goods, manufacturing, commercial interiors, or other B2B industries.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment and collaborating across functions.
- Experience using Google analytics to improve website and digital marketing performance.
- Experience with website and eCommerce platforms, including Shopify.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, including HubSpot and/or Listrak.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign.
- Exposure in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and drive innovation.
