Job Summary

 

We are currently looking for a Lead Marketing Project Manager to join our team in Holland, MI. This role is on-call with varying hours weekly reporting to Kim Eich.

 

As a Lead Marketing Project Manager you will:

 

Lead large and complex projects or programs, leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business objectives. Provide expert project management guidance, manage project interdependencies, and navigate complex challenges to ensure successful project or program delivery. This role will be responsible for managing projects within the Marketing and Product Line Management (PLM) departments.

Essential Functions

  • Lead Project/Program Teams: Lead project and/or program teams, overseeing all aspects from initiation to closure.
  • Contribute to Project/Program Strategies: With management team, develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee Project/Program Budgets: Ensure compliance with project or program budgets, allocating resources strategically.
  • Develop and Implement Project/Program Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate With Cross-Functional Leaders: Collaborate with leaders from other departments to align efforts with business goals.
  • Drive Project/Program Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, exploring and implementing new technologies, processes, and approaches to enhance effectiveness.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends and Technologies: Stay informed and apply new knowledge about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project/program management to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent field of study
  • Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
  • 7 years experience in Product Marketing in a B2B environment (5 years related experience with Master’s Degree)
  • Military Equivalency at www.mynextmove.org/vets/find/military

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification
  • Haworth experience
  • Strategic Product Marketing and communications experience in a B2B environment.
  • Flexibility to be on call working anywhere from 0-24 hours in a week
