Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Architectural Solutions team in New York.
As a Senior Project Manager - Architectural Products, you will: serve as a key support role focused on project execution and relationship management, working collaboratively to ensure successful delivery of initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Partner with clients and dealers to provide comprehensive support, delivers training on best practices, and actively contributes to process improvements across operations. Through strong relationship building and attention to detail, this role helps mitigate risks while supporting quality assurance efforts. This role will take a balanced approach to managing multiple priorities, from project oversight to stakeholder engagement, while consistently identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Essential Functions
- Supports construction planning and schedules, coordinates activities, tracks progress and aligns with client goals and company standards. Adapts workflows, ensures construction documents and plans are accurate and current.
- Collaborates with clients, dealers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather project info, assist with estimates, communicate material availability and project updates; maintains organized documentation.
- Supports compliance efforts by reviewing construction drawings, inspects sites, ensures safety/regulation adherence, documents quality control, and coordinates follow-up actions.
- Builds positive working relationships with clients, trade partners, and internal teams. Supports lead project managers in maintaining communication and resolving issues, while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Engages in ongoing training to build project management skills and knowledge of construction best practices. Applies new techniques and safety standards on the job, sharing insights with peers to support culture of learning.
- Assists in identifying potential project risks and resource needs. Helps track labor and material usage, monitor project timelines, and support efforts to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Contributes to team discussions on improving project workflows and client service. Offers feedback and observations from the field to help refine processes and support strategic goals.
- Travels up to 50%; occasional international travel.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.

Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering, architecture, building science, project management or equivalent.
- Education Equivalency:
- Associate's degree plus 2 years related experience or,
- High school diploma plus 4 years related experience.
Work Experience:
- 5 years related project management experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3 years related project management experience with a Master's degree.
- Architectural products or construction experience.

Compensation and Benefits
Haworth offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. For those in eligible roles, sales incentive bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions. We also offer a range of benefits and programs to meet our member needs, based on eligibility. These benefits include comprehensive health care coverage, a retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time, and much more. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided during the hiring process. This role offers a salary range of 103k to 227k, depending on candidate experience, education, and skill set.
