Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Showroom Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.

 

As a Showroom Manager you will: 

Be responsible for overseeing the Haworth Showroom and delivering a world-class client experience by managing day-to-day showroom operations, coordinating client visits and events, and supporting sales initiatives. Through thoughtful planning, collaboration, and attention to detail, the Showroom Manager ensures the space consistently reflects Haworth's brand standards and aligns with broader business objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Represents Haworth's brand with polished professionalism by warmly welcoming all showroom guests and callers, ensuring an exceptional front-of-house experience.
  • Supports the sales process through coordinating tours, presentations, responding to inquiries, client interactions, and assisting B2C clientele.
  • Partners with stakeholders to strategically plan client visits, aligning agendas with business objectives and ensuring a purposeful, brand-aligned experience.
  • Organizes showroom events, meetings, and trainings, by managing logistics such as catering, marketing materials, technology, travel arrangements, and agendas with strong attention to detail to support team and client needs.
  • Maintains showroom appearance and functionality to ensure client-readiness at all times - including product displays/samples, meeting rooms, technology; keeps kitchen clean and organized.
  • Supports sales efforts by managing marketing materials, sales aid materials and samples, local social media campaigns, and dealer/client communications; may assist with mockups and proposals.
  • Develops and implements showroom best practices based on Haworth team/client/dealer feedback to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintains current standard work for showroom operations, vendor management, and event planning. Provides various administrative support including various reporting, tracking metrics, budgeting, stocking supplies, and product inventory tracking, to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, marketing, communications or equivalent. 
  • Education Equivalency: 
    • Associate's degree plus 2 years related experience or,
    • High school diploma plus 4 years related experience. 

 

Work Experience:

  • 2 years of office or showroom management experience

Additionally:

  • Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia, PA without relocation assistance.
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in hospitality, marketing, or direct customer service interaction preferred.
  • Contract office furniture or commercial interiors experience preferred.
