Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Client Engagement Studio Program Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote position and will help manage the Car Program with supporting multiple automotive brands. 

 

As a Senior Client Engagement Studio Program Manager you will:
Engage in the coordinating, execution, monitoring, tracking, updating of programs and projects for successful client and dealer engagements. Assures successful development and execution of new project opportunities, streamlines intake process, and provides input on improvements to existing programs to align with business objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborates with Client Engagement Studio (CES) team, sales teams, and cross-functional teams to meet program goals and project deadlines while upholding Haworth brand standards.
  • Supports CES projects by creating and updating deliverables for car program, dealers, and clients.
  • Maintains processes, program standards and compliance, and updates toolbox resources for program changes.
  • Uses analytical skills to assess client documentation, ensuring thorough information gathering for development of strategic collateral.
  • Finds and applies program improvements, creating processes to optimize efficiency and meet organizational goals.
  • Assists in developing content for client engagements, car program presentations, furniture standards and templates. Advises CES teams and dealers to enhance proficiency.
  • Manages customer and dealer expectations as Car Program ambassador, advising on process implementation with leadership alongside Global Accounts Executive.
  • Partners with internal and external teams including CES, Global Accounts, dealers, clients, design firms, and project management firms to streamline customer facing engagements, including car program, monthly reporting, Vine requests, and resource planning.
  • Develop and manage new project lists, assign dealers, communicate project processes, progress and timelines with stakeholders ensuring information flow of updates.
  • Identify, assess, escalate identified project risks, and make recommendations for mitigation.
  • Stay informed about known industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage with projects and programs.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Architecture/Design, Construction or equivalent.
  • Education Equivalency: 
    • Associate's degree plus 2 years related experience or,
    • High school diploma plus 4 years related experience. 


Work Experience:

  • 5 years related experience with Bachelor's Degree or 3 years related experience with Master's Degree
    • Related experience is defined as prior program and project management experience.

Additionally:

  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Associate in Project Management Construction (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • 1 year of experience in Architecture and Design (A+D) or Furniture Systems industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
