Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Client Experience and Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Washington, D.C.
As a Client Experience and Sales Support Specialist you will be:
Responsible for supporting Haworth sales team, operating from the dealer showroom space to elevate client-experience events and deliver comprehensive high-quality sales support. Functions as the primary liaison between Haworth and the dealership to provide sales aids, vendor coordination, information communication, and resolving issues within shared space.
Essential Functions
- Partner with sales team to pre-plan client presentations & events, aligns agendas, objectives, and Haworth brand standards.
- Organize Haworth-sponsored client/training/marketing events: coordinate with dealer to reserve showroom space, manage hotel/transportation arrangements, catering/dining setup, name badges, technology, and collateral, ensuring flawless execution.
- Serve as liaison to dealer personnel, building positive relationships, keeping communication open and driving continuous-improvement solutions in shared spaces.
- Handle dealer requests for product samples, sales aids, and marketing materials to accelerate opportunities.
- Deliver comprehensive office support: process invoices, track budgets, order supplies, organize meetings, assist with Haworth new hire onboarding, and manage vendors for best cost/value. Generate forecasts/activity reports, and perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Provides various sales support responsibilities including B2C client support, mockup support, communications, prospect research, and curating/distributing marketing content; may assist with proposals. Keeps Haworth zones in dealer showroom orderly & Haworth product displays clean & operational.
- Maintain Haworth's social media account, supporting campaigns, tracking metrics, and pursuing co-branded posts with dealers to amplify brand reach.
- Safeguards Haworth data, enforces VPN/secure-print use among Haworth team, manages secured storage of proprietary data.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.

Required Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work Experience:
- 5 years of office or showroom management experience, including experience working in hospitality, marketing, or direct customer service interaction.

- Ability to work onsite in Washington, D.C. without relocation assistance.
- Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits
Haworth offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. For those in eligible roles, sales incentive bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions. We also offer a range of benefits and programs to meet our member needs, based on eligibility. These benefits include comprehensive health care coverage, a retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time, and much more. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided during the hiring process. This role offers a salary range of 61k to 101k, depending on candidate experience, education, and skill set.
