Job Overview

 

We are currently looking for a Digital Experience Strategist to join our  team in Holland, MI.

 

As a Digital Experience Strategist, you will:

 

Be a process-driven driver responsible for identifying customer needs, determining business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulating what success looks like for a project, and rallying a team to turn that vision into a reality. You will support Haworth strategy and automation of cross-channel digital communication platforms by identifying opportunities for improving customer engagement, seeking additional digital communication channel opportunities by prioritizing messages and timing of digital customer touch points.  Adapts to business priorities and campaigns, based on customer behaviors, to send strategic messages via customer or persona-chosen platforms.  Provides direction and oversees Digital Experience team.  Responsible for effectively distributing digital content through websites, emails, and more.

Do you have these required qualifications?

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business Administration or Similar
  • Seven years experience in marketing
  • Two years digital marketing experience, creating content for web and growing social audience
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Sitefinity, Adobe Campaign, Google analytics, and other Adobe tools
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

 

  • Experience as a process-driven driver responsible for identifying customer needs, determining business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulating what success looks like for a project, and rallying a team to turn that vision into a reality.
  • Supervisory/leadership experience

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

 

  • Ability to lead small team of individual contributors to execute and distribute digital content on weekly basis.
  • Possesses editorial mindset that is curious to understand what audiences consume and how to optimize path from lead to converted customer.
  • Ability to analyze previous projects and make recommendations as to predictive performance.
  • Demonstrated basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) understanding, content development, and distribution.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and understanding with focus on delivery of results in form of engagement, leads, and sales.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • PC, keyboard/mouse, and mobile device skills required.
  • Ability to travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally, up to 15 percent of time.
