Job Overview

We are currently looking for an HR Analytics Program Manager to join our team in Holland, MI.  The position is open to either full-time or part-time interest.  Part-time work would be 20 hours or more per week. This position will be eligible for a flexible work schedule which allows for work from home 1 or 2 days a week, depending on full-time or part-time status.
 

As an HR Analytics Program Manager, you will:
Guide, develop, and implement large-scale, complex strategic HRIS initiatives across the global organization. Translate HR organizational strategies into business outcomes and measurable results.  Will lead and manage multiple HRIS programs simultaneously, including managing through relationship building and influence. Coach and/or supervise HR Team members on data analytics best practices.  This position will encompass complex predictive analysis and lead the entire HR Analytics practice.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, develops and implement programs and/or project plans for large complex regional and/or global projects leveraging strong analytical thinking to ensure project deliverables align with strategic initiatives.  Must leverage effective project management tools to efficiently managed multiple priorities and monitor successful projects completion. 
  • Demonstrate strong strategic and analytical thinking to lead business outcomes; Analyze disparate data to inform and guide strategic project insights.  Translates strategic direction and organization needs into program strategy. Identify and analyze data findings/trends to develop recommendations, tactics and processes to implement strategies and programs.  
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope.  Leads regular status meetings with project teams to identify and minimize any risk on project all aspects of project, including timeline, budget, reporting, and delivery to ensure project completion.
  • Manages budgets and related budget activities such as forecasting, tracking and maintaining budget compliance for projects, to avoid budget deficits. Prepares and delivers regular planning and budget reporting and communications for all stakeholders. 
  • Leads process improvement mapping, solutions, strategy, and implementation to support manager in developing strategies for marketing programs and project planning. 
  • Leads cross-functional, cross-sector and/or global team activities to ensure timely execution of all program elements. 
  • Coordinates project change management through facilitation of resource, training, communications, assessment, and survey to develop change management efforts and actions. 

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Seven years experience in program and/or projects management, consulting, strategy, and HR analytics.
  • Two years leadership/supervisory experience. 

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Psychology, or Instructional Technology. 
  • Human Resources and Change Management experience.
  • Experience with PowerBI, Smartsheet, Tableau, Business Objects and/or other data analytics/visualization tools. 
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, advanced analytics, or data science.

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Demonstrated abilities in project management and working collaboratively with teams to take ideas from concept to implementation.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and implement projects with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to analyze situations, identify and troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions, using good judgment and decision-making, and effectively prioritize and organize work.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to produce presentations, collateral materials, and internal/external communications.
  • Must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven.
