Job Overview

We are currently looking for an Information Services Business Process Analyst to join our team in Holland. The level at which you will be hired at is based on experience.

As an Information Services Business Process Analyst, you will:

 

Leverage Systems, Applications, Processes, business configuration skill to provide support, coordination and communication between Information Services (IS) and business functional area(s) as assigned. Lead collaboration with business leaders on process definition, improvement, systems, metrics, performance, and best practices. Facilitates gathering of requirements, definitions, proposals, and justifications for systems and system enhancements. Apply analysis, design, and testing techniques to complex business requirements in order to produce innovative solutions for variety of complex problems. Plan and manage small to large-sized IS development projects; participates on major IS development project teams. Ensure quality solution delivery through testing and documentation. Seek support to apply global view; support Haworth sector/location as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supports internal customers and systems in the order services, business resource center (BRC), and product line marketing groups.   
  • Troubleshooting systems issues and implementing quality resolutions.
  • Proficient in all phases of the Delivery lifecycle (Requirements Gathering & Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Launch, and Post-Launch support) to ensure a consistent, effective and efficient delivery process. Is proficient articulating requirements and providing direction to development team locally and offshore.
  • Performs appropriate Unit, Quality, and Regression testing to ensure all system enhancements/changes, and changes to configuration are meeting requirements.
  • Performs appropriate testing to ensure all impacts of business process changes are understood and communicated before implementation.
  • Understands and follows the Haworth Change Management process to ensure all production changes are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Develops training materials and delivers training to business users.
  • Understands the On-call expectations and participates in the on-call rotation as necessary to ensure all Service Level Commitments (SLCs) are achieved.
  • Understands and enforces the escalation process (if available) for business support by directing business members to SuperUsers as the first point of contact. Supports SuperUser as the next line of escalation. Identifies patterns in issue occurrence and reports them to the team and management.

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Information Management, related business field, or equivalent job-specific work experience, or combination of both.
  • 3 years Information services related experience or systems development related experience with participation on successful project teams, including experience with budget preparation and administration in manufacturing industry and/or as consultant.
  • Ability to do minimal travel to related technology conferences.
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to work and commute onsite daily to our headquarters in Holland, MI (relocation assistance is not provided)
  • Ability to be on call once a month.

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • SAP Sales & Distribution experience.
  • SAP S4 HANA experience.
  • Experience working with a ticketing system.
