Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Holland, MI.  

 

As a Machine Operator, you will:

Operate assigned production machinery in accordance with company standards to complete customer orders.

Schedule & Pay

  • We have a variety of shift openings and pay ranges from $18.25-$22.65/hour based on experience + $1 for working on 2nd and/or 3rd shift.  Times may vary in each of our plants.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8th grade education or higher
  • Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous machine operator experience
  • Ability to utilize appropriate electronic production system and maintenance management system to complete job duties, along with the respective technology tools, e.g. personal computer (PC), tablet, keyboard, mouse, RF gun
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to use measuring gauges
