Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Holland, MI


As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will:

Manage the requisition full life cycle utilizing ATS for hourly and/or salaried openings. Manage relationships and develop hiring strategies for assigned local and/or remote customer groups. Coach hiring managers regarding recruitment initiatives, such as compliance, diversity, and community relations. Actively source and build a pipeline of candidates for assigned customer groups. Participate in project teams that support Staffing, Human Resources (HR), or corporate-related programs. 

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Industrial Relations, or equivalent area of study  
  • 1+ years of work experience in a business setting, including related human resources experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish  
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.


Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • Full Cycle Recruiting, including Applicant Tracking System experience.
  • Experience working in the manufacturing environment.
  • Project Management experience.


Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
  • Experience with negotiating and selection interviewing.
  • Demonstrated decision-making ability.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently while meeting set deadlines.
  • Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent research skills.
  • Ability to occasionally travel overnight away from corporate offices, up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to work extended workdays, flexible hours and weekends to screen and interview applicants outside normal workday hours.
