Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Holland, MI. This position will be eligible for a flexible work schedule which allows for work from home 1 or 2 days a week.  The position will be based in one of the manufacturing plants at Corporate Headquarters.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will: 
Provide critical accounting, financial, and consulting support to the manufacturing plant leadership.  This will be a high-visibility role with finance and plant leadership, along with engineers, including leading meetings and explanations of significant variances. Additionally, supporting the continuous improvement and automation of accounting functions, including account reconciliations, forecasting, and budgeting.

Do you have these required qualifications?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 years of professional accounting, finance and analytical experience.
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

• Experience with leading planning processes.
• Systems knowledge - BPC/SAP and PowerBI.
• CPA or CMA certification.
• Experience with supporting manufacturing and corporate business groups.
• Global mindset and experience collaborating in a large international organization.
• Prior project management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills to gather, analyze and report data.
