Job Overview

We are currently looking for Paint Line Operators to join our team in Holland, MI.  Pay starts at $18.75 to $20.55 per hour, based on candidate qualifications and experience. We have a variety of shifts available depending on what works best for you! Shifts available are as follows:


1st Shift:


  • 4:45 am to 1:15 pm


3rd Shift ($1.00/hr Shift Premium):


  • 12:00am to 8:00 am


Overtime hours may begin before or after your scheduled shift and will be discussed during the interview process.

As an Paint Line Operator you will:


Accesses production schedule to make sure correct parts are on hand.  Verifies parts received match schedule. Maintains inventory to ensure paint availability. Uses powered industrial truck (PIT), hand truck or dolly to load/move materials to work area. Programs recipes into paint booths to ensure correct paint coverage for each part. Fills containers with prescribed quantities of paint, chemicals, or other materials; verifies correct paints are placed in hoppers and corresponding booths. Changes out paint/powder as needed. Monitors paint room computer system to verify painting sequence and all other paint functions (wash tank, spray guns, booth set-up, dry off and cure oven). Makes adjustments as necessary. Manually paints parts if quantity is minimal or for special/unique products. Maintains paint area. Cleans spray tanks, hoses, and nozzles, using solvent, brushes, and cloths.  Responsible for booth cleaning. Performs all required preventive maintenance. 

Do you have these required qualifications?


  • Minimum 1 year paint experience preferred.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

Environmental & Physical Demands


  • Moderate exposure to dust, noise, solvent, heat, paint, and lubricants.
  • Large machinery and equipment used in work area.
  • Eye protection required; hearing protection may be required.
  • Lifts material/product weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally more, and/or moves material/product weighing various amounts (assistance given with heavier objects).
  • Walks, bends, twists, turns, and lifts while performing functions of position.
  • Constant mental and visual alertness required to avoid potential serious injury to self and others in work group.
